No one sees the whole event. Together, we nearly can.

Capsemble began with a simple frustration: the best moments are scattered across dozens or thousands of phones, and many never reach the person who brought everyone together.

We believe event technology should stay in the background. People should be laughing, dancing, listening and participating — not learning another app. Capsemble quietly gathers their different viewpoints, helps hosts control what is shared and turns separate files into a story people can experience together.

For a private celebration, that story becomes a capsemble. For an organised event, it becomes Capsemble Live.

A thousand moments. One capsemble.

Who’s behind Capsemble

A small Australian team, led by its founder.

Rajan Dua, founder. Rajan is an Australia-based IT architect who spent years building identity and infrastructure platforms for large organisations before turning that discipline on something closer to home: the way an event’s best moments end up scattered across a hundred phones and never reach the person who brought everyone together.

Capsemble started as the tool for two of his own events — a family celebration fifty years in the making and a two-day college festival — and grew into the platform on this site: invitations, the guest link, the live wall, the Photobooth, Studio albums and films, and Capsemble Live for organised events. The rules it runs on came from those rooms: guests never install anything, originals stay in the host’s own storage, and a person — not a model — has the final say on what is shown.

Capsemble is built and operated by Capsemble Events By LYBOTECH Group Pty Ltd, based in Australia. The founder’s profile is linked here so anyone — a host, a partner, a platform reviewer — can verify who they are dealing with.

What is Capsemble?

Every event is made of many moments — and many perspectives. Capsemble brings them together in one place.

From invitations and guest lists to the live wall, polls, the Photobooth's digital props and backdrops, and collaborative Moments, Capsemble helps hosts create events that guests don't simply attend — they become part of them. Guests join through a link or QR code and contribute photos, videos and voice notes from their own phones; the host approves what is shared; and when the night is over, those shared perspectives become a lasting album, a highlight film and the story of the day.

The events worth capturing

Anywhere people come together as a family, a group of friends or a community — birthdays, weddings and engagements, anniversaries, baby showers, housewarmings, dinner parties, reunions and get-togethers, graduations and farewells, festivals, team days — and not only occasions with a date on an invitation: a road trip, a family holiday or a weekend away is an event too, and often the one you most wish everyone's photos had ended up in one place.

Bring everyone in

Designed invitations, RSVPs and guest lists, a QR on every table — one connected welcome, before anyone has taken a photo.

Make the event participatory

The live wall, polls, prompts, and the Photobooth's props and backdrops pull guests, organisers and sponsors into the moment as it happens.

Capture every perspective

Guests contribute photographs, videos and voice notes straight from their browser. Hosts stay in control of what is approved and shown.

Turn Moments into memories

Everything comes together as thoughtfully built albums, highlight films, recaps and thank-you cards — revisited and shared long after the event.

Built around people, not another app

Guests take part directly from their browser with a link or QR code. Capsemble connects the parts of an event without asking everyone to install something new or scatter their memories across group chats and platforms.

Your event. Your people. Your memories.

Capsemble is designed around choice and ownership. Hosts connect their own cloud storage, so original event media stays under their control instead of being locked inside another platform.

How Capsemble uses your Google account

Sign in with Google is used only to identify you securely. If you host an event you can choose to connect Google Drive as its media destination. Capsemble requests the narrowest permission Google offers (drive.file), which lets it work only with the files and folders Capsemble itself creates — it makes one folder for your event and reads and writes inside that folder alone. It cannot see, list or touch anything else in your Drive.

What we do with that access

Guests' approved photos, clips and voice notes are uploaded straight from their browser into your event folder. Capsemble keeps only the references needed to run the experience — file id, name, size, who added it, approval status — never the files themselves. We never sell, share or use your Google data for advertising, and we never train models on it. Disconnect at any time from Settings; the folder and files stay yours, in your account. Full detail in our privacy policy and terms.

No Google account yet? Set one up in three steps

  1. Create a free Google account at accounts.google.com/signup — it takes about two minutes and needs no card. Every Google account includes 15 GB of free Drive storage, plenty for a first capsemble.
  2. In your event, open Storage settings and press Connect Google Drive, then sign in with that account.
  3. That's it — Capsemble creates its own folder in that Drive, guests' originals land there, and it only ever touches that one folder.
