1. The service
ClickPlay provides tools for creating events, inviting contributors, collecting references to media stored on your devices or connected cloud storage, and creating albums and videos in your browser. ClickPlay does not operate a media repository: original photos, videos and voice notes remain on contributors' devices or in the event host's connected cloud drive.
2. Your content and rights
You keep all rights to media you contribute. By contributing to an event you grant the event host permission to include your contribution in that event's albums, videos and shared outputs. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, including any music you supply for videos.
3. Hosts' responsibilities
Hosts control moderation, visibility, downloads and distribution of event outputs, and are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect contributions from their guests, including any consent required for minors at their event.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ClickPlay to collect or distribute unlawful, infringing or abusive material. See our acceptable-use policy for details. We may suspend events or accounts that breach it.
5. Beta service
ClickPlay is provided in beta, "as is", without warranties. Limits on events, uploads and rendering apply and are shown in the product before you hit them. Because originals live in your own storage, deleting a ClickPlay event never deletes files from your drive without your explicit choice.
