One journey. One team.
One Capsemble.
A hundred people crossing the world for you deserve better than a group chat, a spreadsheet and six apps. Capsemble Destination is the celebration’s shared home — before, during and long after.

From “what if we did it away?” to the film your grandchildren watch.

Your team, credited by real work
Ellie & Tom marry at a château in France. Ninety-two people fly in. One link holds it all.

The what-if becomes a plan
Ellie posts a free Concierge brief — celebrant, photographer, styling, three dinners for ninety. Quotes arrive within days; A$29 opens them all, and the team starts forming on the celebration's own board. The capsemble goes up the same week: one URL the whole journey will live on.

Invitations, and a pass in every pocket
The invitation card — designed in the Studio, matched to the linen-and-navy look Tom wanted — travels by WhatsApp. Every RSVP becomes a Destination Pass: each guest sees their functions, their room block, their shuttle, their QR. Nobody asks "which hotel am I in?" twice.

Travel, handled quietly
The guide guests actually read — what to pack, how the transfers run, who to call — sits behind every pass. Dietary needs collected once reach only the caterer. The airport shuttle list prints itself from function check-in.

Welcome dinner · ceremony · the long lunch after
Every function is a chapter of one story. Phones point at the couple and the Moments flow in — moderated to the Wall between courses, the AR photobooth loose among the tables, song requests queuing for the band. The hosts see everything; guests install nothing.

The album is already assembling
By the time the last guests land, the Studio has sequenced hundreds of approved Moments into spreads and the recap film is ready to cut — scored, subtitled, rendered on Ellie's own laptop, originals safe in their Drive.

The same URL, forever
The anniversary lands and the capsemble is still there — the film, the album, the voice notes from the toast. The photographer's real work is credited on the Marketplace, and the next couple finds their team the same way.
A pass, not another app
Every guest gets a Destination Pass in the browser: their functions, their RSVP, their room, their shuttle, their QR. Personal — never the whole manifest.
The travel layer, handled
Destination guide, accommodation blocks with booking codes, transfer routes with seat counts, dietary and accessibility collected once and shared only with who needs them.
Every chapter, one story
Welcome drinks, mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, reception, farewell brunch — chapters of ONE capsemble, each with its own prompts, Wall and film cut.
The Celebration Experience
AR photobooth, polls, games, song requests, best-dressed, prize draws — the engagement bundle is included, not a stack of add-ons.
Your team, connected
Find providers on the Marketplace or let Concierge assemble them; booked providers join the workspace with only the access their job needs.
Then it prints
Invitations, welcome signs, albums, frames and favours — matched to your invitation design through the Capsemble Store.
