You keep the relationship with your host. We agree how Capsemble fits each booking and who supports each step.
01
Agree how it works
We talk through your spaces, the gatherings you host, who supports what, the terms, and any Marketplace profile.
02
Offer it with a booking
Your team introduces Capsemble to the host with the booking — we agree how setup and handover work.
03
The host takes it from there
They plan, invite their guests and collect the memories. Add the live wall if the night suits it.
Choose the support you need
A partnership that fits your venue.
Scope, support and terms are agreed with you before anything starts.

Who looks after what
You bring the hospitality, and we bring the event platform.
Your venue
The space and the night
Bookings, packages, catering and running the event. For a live wall, your assigned staff look after the screen.
Capsemble
The platform and agreed support
Onboarding, guidance and the support we agree — including any Marketplace profile and live-wall setup.
The host
Their guests and what's shared
The host runs their event and guest list, with co-hosts they choose, and approves what appears on a screen.
A partnership doesn’t give your team access to guests’ photos or videos. Only what the host approves appears on a screen.
Good to know
Before we talk.
Is this only for weddings or big functions?+
No. It suits restaurants, hotels, function spaces, pubs, clubs and community venues — small dinners and birthdays included.
Do we need a screen?+
No. Planning, invitations, RSVPs and guest sharing work on guests' own phones. A screen, player, HDMI, power, reliable Wi-Fi and an assigned staff member are needed only if you add the live wall.
Can our team see the guests' photos?+
No. A partnership doesn't give your staff access to guests' photos, videos or voice notes. The host decides who sees what, and only content approved through the host's moderation appears on a screen.
Will a Marketplace profile bring us bookings?+
A profile gives hosts a clear place to see your photos, spaces and packages and send an enquiry. Profiles are reviewed before they go live, and enquiries and bookings aren't guaranteed.
Can we use our own branding?+
Co-branding is something we can discuss as part of the partnership. A fully white-labelled experience would be a separate, custom conversation.
What does it cost?+
It depends on what we agree — setup, repeat use and any live-wall support. We confirm the terms with you before you commit.
We plan events for clients rather than run a venue.+
