Live pricing questions
Do attendees pay or install anything?
No. They scan the QR at the venue, type a name and they're in — camera, requests, votes and games all in the browser.
Does Capsemble replace our ticketing?
No — keep your ticketing exactly as it is. Capsemble is the participation layer at the event: the wall, the crowd's photos and requests, the recap afterwards.
How does moderation work?
Everything a guest sends waits in your queue until a moderator approves it — nothing unvetted reaches the screen. There's an emergency pause that drops the wall to a branded holding card instantly.
What happens after the night?
The whole event's approved Moments become a gallery, an album and a recap film draft — with every original in your own Google Drive.
Why are Live plans more expensive than Memory?
Live adds audience engagement, event screens, moderation, promotions, organiser roles, reporting and higher real-time usage — not only a larger album.
